Superior elegance in a classic design: the Moody AC41
The Moody AC41 takes traditional yacht-building into the modern era, combining a classic flat superstructure with the customary comfortable handling and exclusive on-board luxury of the modern day and age. The yacht may be designed for speedy yet comfortable cruising, but it is just as ideally equipped for marina life, short hops along the coast and long voyages.
Interior
Luxurious club style
Below deck, high-grade woods such as teak and oak are combined with traditional decorative touches to create a warm club atmosphere that oozes maritime flair. The variable cabin concept means that the layout can be tailored to all requirements. Two cabins or three? One owner’s head or two? It’s up to you!
Spacious owner’s cabin
You will feel right at home in the owner’s cabin, with a comfortable queen-size bed, ample stowage space, atmospheric lighting courtesy of overhead lights and stylish reading lamps, and two deck hatches that can be opened. The roomy en-suite head has an aesthetically designed side table with a wooden worktop, a traditional oval washbasin and plenty of space for all your toiletries.
Magnificent saloon featuring exquisite classic accents
The saloon with its U-shaped sofa set around the spacious table offset to starboard creates a luxuriously open feel. Elaborate wood moulding gives the furniture its own unique character. The generously sized galley is also to starboard. Equipped with a three-burner cooker, large refrigerator, double sink and Corian™ worktop, you will have everything you need to rustle up a creative dinner for the whole crew. To port is the three-seater navigation area – ideal if you want to sit and relax for a while or chart your course for a longer voyage.
Choice materials with a high level of craftsmanship
The high-grade wood furniture finished by master craftsmen in the saloon, galley and cabins is not only a beautiful sight to behold, but also adds to the yacht’s luxury feel. This is not by chance, as several layers of varnish have been applied to the wooden surfaces. The lovingly designed rattan inserts in the cabinet doors are the perfect example of painstaking attention to detail.
Exterior
Classic design with a modern interpretation
The Moody AC41 turns heads at sea and in port. The combination of classic curves and modern features – such as the straight stem and the superstructure – is what makes this yacht distinctive.
Optimum sailing characteristics in every weather
The high-performance rigging and 92.5 m² total sail area, double forestay and powerful winches make sailing the Moody a breeze whatever the weather conditions. Naturally, the yacht boasts substantial chainplate fittings and is equipped with ball-bearing blocks for the halyards and the mainsail and headsail sheets.
Lots of storage space on deck
Two large lockers beneath the helm seats plus two lockers in the cockpit benches, not to mention the extremely spacious anchor locker – there is storage space in abundance.
Large, well-protected cockpit
The well-protected, elongated cockpit has space for the two aft control stations and can seat a family around the large teak cockpit table in the forward section.
